| 摘 要： | 从具体案例分析入手,指出了农用地整理潜力评价中增加耕地系数单指标评价方法的不足;结合增加耕地面积这一农用地整理的主要目标,提出了增加耕地面积与增加耕地系数相结合的潜力评价方法,并运用此方法对案例进行了实证分析;在此基础上,提出了农用地整理潜力评价的方向.

| Abstract: | Based on studies on the particular case, the article analyses the disadvantage of adding arable land coefficient single index evaluation method in farmland rearrangement potentiality evaluation. Combining with the main goal of land rearrangement, that is, to increase arable land, the article proposes combining increasing arable land area with increasing arable land coefficient in potentiality evaluation. On the basis of demonstrative analyses of those cases, the article points out the direction of farmland rearrangement potentiality evaluation. |
