摘    要: 以烤烟(Nicotiana tobacum L.)品种龙江911为材料,于2006~2007年研究了密度、留叶数二因子对烤烟烟叶碳水化合物含量的影响。结果表明:(1)种植密度、留叶数及二者的交互作用对烤烟碳水化合物含量的影响均达到了显著水平;(2)随着种植密度的增加,烤烟总糖、还原糖的含量表现出随之上升的变化规律,在同一密度条件下,hm 2留叶数对总糖、还原糖含量的影响为18片/株>20片/株>22片/株;而淀粉含量的变化与总糖、还原糖相反,分别与种植密度成反比、与留叶数成正比;(3)不同处理相比较,密度16500株/ hm 2,留叶数22片/株的烟叶碳水化合物的含量最适宜,有利于化学成分之间的协调,其次为密度16500株/hm 2,留叶数20片/株的处理,密度13500株/hm 2和19500株/hm 2的处理稍差。

Abstract:During 2006~2007,a field experiment was employed to study the relationship between the contents of major carbohydrate under different plant densities and remained leaf number using a tobacco (Nicotiana tobacum L.) cultivar of Longjiang 911 in Jilin. The results showed that: (1) the effects of plant density, the remained leaf number and their interaction on the contents of carbohydrate in flue cured tobacco leaves reached a significant level; (2) the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar showed a gradual growing trend with the increase of plant density; under the same plant density, the effects of the remained leaf number on the contents of major carbohydrate were as follows: 18 leaves per plant >20 leaves per plant >22 leaves per plant;on the contrary, the change of the starch content decreased as plant density increased and increased as the remained leaf number increased, respectively; (3) among all the treatments, the contents of major carbohydrate of the treatments of 16500plants per hm 2and 22 leaves per plant were the most appropriate and conducive to coordination among the chemical compositions, followed by the treatment of 16500plants per hm 2 and 20 leaves per plant,and the treatment of 19500plants per hm 2was not good.
