车辆半主动悬架控制技术的研究

摘    要:采用自适应模糊控制策略,在对1/4车辆模型性能仿真基础上,设计开发了以8031单片机为主控制器件的半主动悬架自适应模糊控制系统。经测试,在输入一定信号情况下,系统按设计规律工作。测试结果表明,控制器能较好实现系统控制,控制方法有效,且具有良好的鲁棒性,可以显著减小车辆振动及干扰,提高车辆的行驶平顺性。

Abstract:A semi active suspension control system was developed to improve the ride comfort performance using a self adaptive fuzzy control scheme, which makes the control system more intelligent. The performance of the controller can be improved by readjusting the fuzzy control rules on line, and its real time performance can be enhanced by mending the algorithm. The semi active and fuzzy controlled suspension system with the core of the MCU 8031 was designed on the base of a simulation of the 1/4 vehicle model. The test results showed that the system had a good performance under the input of certain signals and the controller can improve the vehicle's ride comfort characteristics by reducing vibration and interference. It laid the foundation for the application of a semi active suspension of vehicle.
