小麦抗白粉病育种亲本及后代性状分析

摘    要:以携带有抗白粉病基因Pm21的小麦-簇毛麦6VS/6AL易位系92RI39、92RO89等为供体亲本,以丰产但不抗病的4185等品种为轮回亲本,通过回交进行抗病基因的转移。分析了供体亲本及回交后代穗部性状的变化,分析了双亲与后代在株高、株型、穗长、抗病性、抽穗期上的变化。结果表明,易位系的穗部性状有位于不同染色体上的多个基因控制。易位系的抗病性与黑芒基因并不连锁,抗白粉病为显性性状。3个组合的F1

Abstract:With powdery mildew resistance, the Triticum astivum Haynaldia Villosa translocation lines (6VS/6AL),92R139, etc, were used as provided parents. The high yield but powdery mildew sensitive CV. 4185, etc. were used as recurrent parents. In this article, the spike characters of the provided parents and descendants were studied. The plant type, height,spike length, disease resistance and heading stage of the parents and descendants were also studied. The result indicated that the spike character of the translocation lines was controlled by polygene that were located in different chromosomes. The disease resistant gene and the black awn gene isn't linkable. Powdery mildew resistance is the dominant character. All F 1 generation of three combinations showed powerful heterosis; with the times of the back cross increased, the characters of descendants were more and more consistent with the recurrent parents. After back cross four times, the agronomic character of the descendants can mainly returned to the recurrent parents.
