摘 要: | 综合运用系统工程、模糊数学、层次分析的有关理论原理,结合大型灌区的实际状况,建立了多层次模糊综合评价模型来评价大型灌区水资源的承载力。在确定水资源承载力评价指标的量化标准的基础上,将层次分析法与模糊决策方法有机结合,形成多层次模糊综合评价模型,从而为复杂系统的综合评估提供了一种有效的方法。

Abstract: | In order to assess water resource capacity of large-scale irrigation district,in this paper,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established combined with the actual situation of large-scale irrigation,using the theory of system engineering,fuzzy mathematics and hierarchical analysis.Based on the determination of the quantitative criteria of water carrying capacity evaluation,the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established by making the combination of the AHP and fuzzy decision,which could be an effective method to a comprehensive assessment of complex systems. |
