桑椹多糖的抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:目的]初步研究桑椹(FRUCTUS MOR)多糖的抗氧化活性。方法]采用水提、醇沉法得到鲜桑椹粗糖,以桑椹果汁1和维生素E类似物为对照,考察了桑椹多糖清除羟基、超氧阴离子、DPPH自由基能力和抑制亚油酸氧化活性。结果]桑椹中多糖含量为6.05%,桑椹多糖具有一定的清除自由基能力和抑制亚油酸氧化活性。结论]该研究可为桑椹多糖的抗氧化及抗衰老活性的深入研究提供参考。

Study on the Antioxidative Activity of Polysaccharides from FRUCTUS MOR

Abstract:Objective] To preliminarily study the antioxidative activity of polysaccharides from FRUCTUS MOR.Method] Crude polysaccharides were extracted from FRUCTUS MOR with water and precipitated with ethanol.The scavenging activities to ·OH,O2-.and DPPH free radicals and inhibition on linoleic acid oxidation activities of polysaccharides from FRUCTUS MOR were evaluated with juice and Trolox as comparisons.Result] The content of polysaccharides in FRUCTUS MOR was up to 6.05%.The polysaccharides from FRUCTUS MOR processed scavenging activities to free radicals and inhibitive effects on the oxidation activities of linoleic acid to certain extent.Conclusion] This study could provide a basis for in-depth study of antioxidation and antiaging effects of polysaccharides from FRUCTUS MOR.
