摘 要: | 概述了耐酸性α-淀粉酶的产生菌的来源、先进的粗酶分离纯化技术以及酸性α-淀粉酶的特性,介绍了国内外获得高产酶菌株的研究进展并阐述了耐酸性α-淀粉酶的应用潜力和开发前景。

Abstract: | The origin of producing strains of acid-resistant amylase,the advanced technology of crude enzyme separation and purification and the characters of acid-amylase were summarized.The research progress on the obtained highly enzyme-produced strains at home and abroad was introduced.The application potential and development prospect of α-amylase were also discussed. |
