| 摘 要： | 土地是人类生存不可缺少的资源,随着工业园的迅速发展,工业园集约利用评价体系的研究成为刻不容缓的课题。文章根据《工业园区土地集约利用评价规程（试行）》,依金巢开发区的实际情况,对其进行评价并提出建议。
