| Abstract: | In terms of the connotations and characteristics of scientific innovative culture and the important meanings of building innovative culture,it was discussed that science and technology innovation demands innovative culture to build a good innovative environment and atmosphere.Based on the principles that innovative culture should follow,a tentative plan to build scientific innovative culture was also presented in four concrete aspects. |
