10个杏鲍菇菌株的比较研究

摘    要:对10个杏鲍菇菌株进行生产性能比较研究,经过对菌丝生长速度、子实体产量、子实体生物学效率、子实体多糖含量及子实体形态特征的分析比较。结果表明,在这10个被试菌株中,农杏为综合性状最优菌株,菌丝生长速度快,产量高,子实体容重大、多糖含量高,是做为栽培菌株的最佳选择。

Abstract:Studies on the comparisons of ten strains of pleurotus eryngii had done,and a content analysis of the growth rate of mycelium,yield,biological efficiency,polysaccharide content and morphological character of fruiting body were studied.The re sults showed that the strain of Nongxing is the best in the ten tested strains,and it was the best choice as a cultivated strain for the high growth rate of mycelium,high yield,fruiting bodies of major capacity and high polysaccharide content.
