摘    要:本试验旨在了解新型鸭黄病毒(duck flavivrus,DFV)广西流行毒株的生物学特性,从发病樱桃谷种鸭群分离到1株新型DFV LG/01/11,并利用设计的引物扩增获得病毒包膜蛋白E基因。结果显示,LG/01/11株E基因全长1503 bp,编码500个氨基酸,与国内2010年以来分离的鸭黄病毒核苷酸序列同源性达99.3%~99.6%,没有碱基缺失和插入现象,只有散在的碱基突变。本试验结果为病毒生物学特性分析和遗传变异研究及相关疫病的防控奠定了基础。

Abstract:To investigate the characteristics of novel duck flavivirus (DFV) epidemic strain in Guangxi province, a virus was isolated from sick laying berry valley ducks and designated as LG/01/11. Then, full length of viral envelope protein E gene was cloned and sequenced. Results showed that E gene of LG/01/11 was comprised of 1503 nucleotides, encoding 500 amino acids, and shared 99.3% to 99.6% nucleotide sequence homology with other duck flaviviruses isolated in China since 2010. No genetic deletion and insertion, but several scatter nucleotide substitutions were found in E gene of LG/01/11.
