On the Protection of Reader Rights in University Libraries

The paper has expounded the concept of library reader rights,pointed out that the interests of university library readers should include fair information,time and space security,the right to free right to use the information right to know,the right to security,training counseling to criticisms and suggestions and report monitoring the right to privacy,etc.,revealed in the University Library should speed up the library through legislation,strengthening the rule of law,the readers,to strengthen literature information resources to build and strengthen the quality of librarians,so as to achieve better safeguard the rights and interests of college library purposes.
