摘    要:目的]探讨Ca2+对酸雨胁迫下茎瘤芥种子萌发和幼苗生长效应的影响。方法]以茎瘤芥种子为材料,研究了外源Ca2+对酸雨胁迫(pH 2.5、pH 3.0)下茎瘤芥种子萌发及幼苗生长效应的影响。结果]低浓度Ca2+对酸雨胁迫下茎瘤芥种子的萌发有促进作用;向酸雨胁迫下的幼苗喷洒低浓度的Ca2+,能够使茎瘤芥幼苗叶子中的叶绿素含量增加以及丙二醛含量减少,对植物起到保护作用。结论]为提高茎瘤芥的产量和品质提供了理论依据。

Effects of Calcium on Germination of Seed and Growth of Seedling of Tumorous Stem Mustard under Acid Rain Stress

Abstract: Objective ] The aim was to discuss the effects of calcium on germination of seed and growth of seedling of tumorous stem mustard un- der acid rain stress. Method ] The effects of calcium on germination of seed and growth of seedling of tumorous stem mustard were studied underacid rain stress of pH 2.5 and 3.0. Result] The low concentration of calcium had acceleration for germination of seed of tumorous stem mustard under acid rain stress. The treatment with spraying low concentration of calcium for seedling of tumorous stem mustard could increase chlorophyll content in seeding leaves and reduce the content of MDA under acid rain stress,so it could protect plant. Conclusion] The research result pro- vides theoretical basis for the improvement of yield and quality of tumorous stem mustard.
