亚临界水提取平菇多糖的研究

摘    要:目的]优化亚临界水提取平菇多糖的工艺。方法]采用亚临界水技术提取平菇多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察提取温度、提取时间、料液比等影响平菇多糖得率的因素,确定亚临界水提取平菇多糖的最佳提取条件。结果]亚临界水提取平菇多糖的影响因素的主次顺序为:提取温度>料液比>提取时间,且提取温度对平菇多糖得率的影响差异极显著。最佳工艺为提取温度150℃,料液比1∶20 g/ml,5 MPa提取7 min,该条件下平菇多糖得率为13.65%。结论]研究可为平菇多糖的工业化生产提供一定的依据。

Sub-critical Water Extraction of Polysaccharide from Pleurotus ostreatus

Abstract: Objective] To optimize the technique of sub-critical water extraction of polysaccharide from Pleurotus ostreatuz. Method J Poly- saccharide was extracted from P. ostreatus with sub-critical water, and the polysaccharide content was determined by phenol sulfuric acid method. Through single-factor test and orthogonal test, effects of temperature, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio on the yield were investiga- ted, the optimum extraction conditions were determined. Result ] The order of influencing factors was as follows: extraction temperature 〉 solid-liquid ratio 〉 extraction time, temperature has extremely significant difference on polysaccharide yield. The optimal technique was 150℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:20 g/ml, 5 MPa, extracting 7 min. Under the above conditions, the yield of polysaccharide was up to 13.65%. Conclusion] The study provides basis for industrialization production of P. ostreatus polysaccharide.
