杉木与阔叶树叶凋落物混合分解对土壤性质的影响

摘    要:
通过盆钵模拟试验对杉木与楠木、杉木与木荷叶凋落物混合分解后土壤性质进行研究,结果表明:土壤微生物区系中,细菌占微生物总数的98.18%~99.80%,真菌、放线菌在微生物总量中的比例差异不显著(P>0.05),分别为0.12%~1.01%和0.12%~1.08%;7月份土壤微生物中放线菌数量显著高于3月份土壤微生物中放线菌数量(P<0.05),而细菌数量相对较少;杉木、楠木以及木荷叶凋落物三者单独分解时,阔叶树林地细菌数量较大,杉木林地的真菌、放线菌数量较多。当杉木与楠木叶凋落物混合分解时,土壤三大微生物数量以及微生物总量都明显增加;与木荷叶凋落物混合分解时,仅细菌和微生物总量有所增加。混合分解后,林内土壤养分大体呈低~高~低的变化模式;pH值均有不同程度的,其中增加最多的是杉楠X1+3X2的处理。

Abstract:
Basin simulating experiment was adopted to study the character of soil after decomposition of Chinese fir leaf litter mixed with Phoeba bournei and Schima superba.The results showed that the percentage of bacteria to all microbe was from 98.19 to 99.80%,the percentage of fungi to actinomycetes was from 0.12 to 1.01% and from 0.12 to 1.08%,respectively;the amount of actinomycetes in July was obviously larger than that in March(P<0.05),and the amount of bacteria in July was no more than that in March.The amount of bacteria in broad-leaf soil was more than that in Chinese fir soil but the amount of fungi and actinomycetes in the Chinese fir soil were more than that in the in broad-leaf soil when Chinese fir,Phoeba bournei and Schima superba litter decomposed separately.The amount of three kinds of Microbe and the total amount of microbe were increased significantly when Chinese fir litter mixed-decomposed with Phoeba bournei litter.The amount of bacteria and the total amount increased when Chinese fir litter mixed-decomposed with Schima superba litter.The change pattern of the soil nutrients was from low to high and then low; pH was increased on a certain degree and pH of 25%Cunninghamia lanceolata 75% Phoeba bournei treatment increased most of all.
