小麦品种对土传小麦黄色花叶病毒病抗性遗传的初步研究

本试验通过杂交、回交和抗病性鉴定等方法,测定了14个组合的F_1代对土传小麦黄色花叶病毒病的抗性遗传。根据双亲正反杂交表现型一致的结果,可以确定控制小麦品种对该病毒病的抗性为细胞核遗传。通过对F_1、F_2、BC_1及BC_2各代群体抗病株和感病株分离比值的分析,初步确定有关土传小麦黄色花叶病毒病的抗性遗传可能受两对致病显性基因(S_1、S_2),和一对抑制基因(I)所控制,作者并对这一问题与前人工作作了比较和讨论。

PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON THE INHERITANCE OF RESISTANCE TO SOIL-BORNE YELLOW MOSAIC VIRUS IN WINTER WHEAT

Soil-borne wheat yollow mosaic virus disease occurs in Tianquan county, Sichuan province, China.14 reciprocal dresses were made with 2 susceptible wheat varieties"Datouhuang"and"Danmai 11", 3 resistant ones, "Ribenai", "Hunman"and"Fan 1"and the wheat"NPFP"(NP_(824)×Funo)F_3×T. polonicum L.] resistant material"035"and"047".The inheritable factors of resistance in controlling this virus disease were analysed by segregation ratio of resistant and susceptible plants of F_1, F_2 and BC Populations.Results obtained are briefly summarized as follows: 1)F_1 populations show R×R→R, R X S or S X R→R, S×S→S. The inheritable factors of controlling the virus are in karyon.2)There is a pair of dominant genes in"Riben’ai"and"Human", two pairs in the variety"Fan 1", and three pairs in the wheat material "035", "047". These results have been confirmed by F_3 populations.3) It seems that there are three genes involved in the resistance. S_1 and S_2 are two dominantly pathogenic genes which have duplicate and dosage effects.I is an inhibiting gene which has epistantic dominance over S susceptible genes.
