| 摘 要： | 文章通过对以人为本的高校思想政治教育双向互动新模式必要性和迫切性的研究,阐述了模式的核心理念,并探讨了构建以人为本的高校思想政治教育双向互动新模式的主要途径：充分尊重学生的主体地位,增强教育的主动性;营造双向互动的教育环境,增强教育的交互性;关注学生个性发展与全面发展的统一性,确保教育实效性;建立一支先进的思想政治工作队伍,确保教育的素质性。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of urgency and necessity of bidirectional interaction mode of ideological and political education which is based on human-oriented theory,this paper expounds the core idea of the mode,discusses the main construction metohds of bidirectional interaction mode of ideological and political education： which means to fully respect students＇ main status,strengthen the initiative of education;construct bidirectional interaction education enviornment,strengthen the education of interactivity;concern with the unity of students＇ comprehensive development and personality development,ensure the effectiveness of education;establish an advanced ideological and political work team and ensure the quality of diathesis education. |
