保护法合成Amadori化合物的研究进展

摘    要:本文综合了国内外对Amadori化合物的合成方法,重点对保护法进行了综述,对于单氨基单羧基的氨基酸可采用保护还原糖的方法,对于一些多氨基或多羧基的氨基酸应采用保护氨基酸的方法。

Abstract:The synthesis of amadori compounds in the world were summarized in the paper and the emphases is protected methods . It is considered that the protected reductive sugar methods was preferable to the synthesis of amadori compounds who has a carboxyl or a amido .As to the amino acid who has more than one carboxyl which made the solution too acidic and keep the reactivity low we can adopt the protected the amino acid methods.
