| Abstract: | This article summarizes and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of intellectual property for agricultural scientific research Institutions in Zhejiang.11 aspects of countermeasures for carrying out intellectual property strategy were put forward to push on independent innovation of agricultural sciences and technology,which are strengthening propaganda,amplifying perfect regulations,choosing the priorit implemented field,establishing encouragement mechanism,and paying attention to property protection,information collection,talent training and international exchange,etc. |
