| 摘 要： | 论述了工业原料用甘薯的加工利用现状、存在问题、市场前景及其淀粉、粉丝、粉皮加工的工艺、技术和设备。通过甘薯产业化实践,提出了做强龙头企业、建立优质原料生产与加工基地、现代化市场体系等对策与建议。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the present status,problems,and market potential of industrial sweet potato processing,as well as the crafts,technology and equipment used for processing starch and other starch products including starch sheet jelly and vermicelli.For the industrialization of sweet potato,the author proposed to develop leading enterprise,establish high-quality raw material production and processing base,and modernize market system. |
