马尾松纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料力学性能的实验

摘    要:对马尾松热磨机械浆纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料力学性能进行测试与分析,结果表明:对纤维进行接核处理和偶联处理,可以明显改善纤维与取丙烯基体共混体系的力学性能;纤维与助剂的含量对复合材料力学性能的影响显著,马尾松热磨机械浆含量25%左右时,复合材料可达到的力学性能指标为拉伸强度27MPa以上、弯曲强度40MPa以上、冲击强度(缺口)5kJ/m^2以上。

Abstract:The mechanical properties for composites of polypropylene with thermomechanical pulp fiber of Pinus massoniana as reinforcement were determined and analyzed. The results indicate that the modified fiber which was treated with methods of chemical coupling and graft copolymerization can improve the mechanical performance of composites matrix markedly. The content of modified fiber affects the mechanical performance of composite, and the mechanical properties of composites with 25% fiber as reinforcement are as follows: 27 MPa of tension intensity, 40 MPa of bend intensity and 5 kJ/m 2 of strike intensity (indentation).
