摘    要:为促进葡萄避雨栽培土肥管理科学合理,保障葡萄品质稳定提升,本试验以巨峰葡萄园土壤及果实为试材,探讨避雨栽培对土壤养分及果实品质的影响。试验结果表明,避雨栽培土壤有机质含量降低,pH值及速效氮含量升高,但差异均不显著;速效磷、速效钾以及全钙含量较露地栽培显著增加;避雨栽培葡萄果实平均穗重、糖酸比、总糖、可溶性固形物及Vc含量均显著高于露地栽培,总酸含量显著低于露地栽培。

Effects of Rain Shelter Cultivation on Soil Nutrients and Grape Fruit Quality
Abstract:In order to promote soil and fertilization management scientifically and guarantee grape quality promotion stably, wine soil and Kyoho grape were used in this study to discuss the effects of rain shelter cultivation on soil nutrients and fruit quality. The results showed that under the rain shelter cultivation, soil organic matter content were reduced, pH and nitrogen content were increased. Compared with open cultivation, available phosphorus and potassium content, calcium content of rain protection vineyard were increased significantly. The average cluster weight, sugar-acid ratio, total sugar content, soluble solids and Vc content of grape in rain protection vineyard were increased significantly, while total acid content was reduced significantly.
