| 摘 要： | 新疆少数民族地区各地的区情和社情差别较大,社会主义新农村建设只有立足于本地的实际状况,确定新农村建设的不同模式,采取相应的措施,才能取得成效。本文对新疆叶城县扶贫开发与社会主义新农村建设作一调查并作出自己的思考,希望能为新疆其他少数民族地区的新农村建设提供一些有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The difference of the region situation and social situation in different Xinjiang national minority area are bigger. The Socialism New Rural Reconstruction can obtain the effect only we determine the different reconstruction patterns that base on the local actual condition, and take the corresponding measures. This article takes investigations and makes own ponder on anti - poverty development and the Socialism New Rural Reconstruction in Ye Cheng county in Xinjiang. This article can provide some beneficial models for the New Rural Reconstruction in other national minority areas in Xinjiang. |
