| 摘 要： | 采用正交设计试验，探讨基础营养培育液中酯酸钠，酵母膏，蛋白胨等5种成分对荚膜红假单胞菌（Rhodopseudomona capsulata)生长繁殖的影响，优化应用型扩大培养液配方，结果表明，醋酸钠和酵膏对荚膜红假单胞菌生长繁殖具有显著的影响，荚膜红假单胞菌应用型扩大培养液可为：在1L的养殖水体中添加6g醋酸钠和0．1g酵母膏。

| Abstract: | Influence of five compositions in the basic nutritional medium, e.g. acetate, yeast extract, peptone, etc. on the growth and reproduction of \%Rhodopseudomona capsulata\%, and the optimization of ingredients of a scale-up medium were studied using orthogonal design. The results showed that acetate and yeast extract had remarkable effect on the growth and reproduction of \%R. capsulata\%. Sxi g acetate and 0.1 g yeast extract was added to the applied scale-up medium of \%R. capsulata\% in 1 L breeding water. |
