| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查对36个研发团队进行实证分析,结果表明:虚拟化研发团队的研发创新绩效受到上述3个因子的共同影响;通过灵活管理这3个因子,虚拟化研发团队可以提高其研发创新绩效。

| Abstract: | An empirical analysis was made on 36 research and development teams through questionnaire investigation and the results showed that the research and development,innovation performance of virtual research and development teams were affected by the above three factors.Through flexible management of these three factors,the virtual research and development teams could enhance the research and development,innovation performance. |
