茶树种质资源苗期生物产量与光合性状的相关性

摘    要:以浙江农业大学茶学系种质资源圃的76个茶树种质资源扦插苗为材料,测定茶树苗期生物产量、光合器官面积与重量、单叶净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO_2浓度和呼吸强度等项目,并进行相关及回归分析,结果表明:茶树种质资源苗期生物产量、光合特性差异显著,茶树苗期生物产量与单株叶面积,单株叶干重呈高度极显著正相关,相关系数分别为r=0.8529(P<0.01)和r=0.8852(P<0.01);与净光合速率呈中度极显著相关,r=0.3036(P<0.01);与蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO_2浓度、呼吸强度等的相关性不显著。不同茶树类型的苗期生物产量与光合特性具有不同的相关特点。为此,根据茶树苗期净光合速率、单株叶干重、单株叶面积等性状可进行茶树资源苗期产量的早期鉴定。

Abstract:tae clones were used to investigate biological yield and photosynthetic charactersthe photosynthetic rate (Pn),the transpiration. rate(Tr1),the stomatal conductance(Gs),the in-tercellular CO_2 concentration(Ci),the respiratory strength(Rs),the leaf area per plant(LAP)anddry leaf weight per plant (DLWP)] and to analyse their relationship corrlatively and regrssively. The results indicated that at nursery stage there were significant differences in the biological yieldand photosynthetic character among tea clones at nursery stage.The biological yield of tea plant atnursery stage was highly signficantly correlated with the LAP,,DLWP,,Pn and the correlation co-efficients were 0. 852 9(P<0.01),0.885 2(P<0.01),0.303 6(P<0.01) respectively,but notsignificantly correlated with Trl,Gs,Ci,Rs.At nursery stage,biological yield of various tea cloneshas different correlation characteristic in the photosynthetic character.The Pn ,DLWP. and LAP.at tea nursery stage were recommend to be used as the indices of testing biological yield of tea plantat early stage of tea breeding.
