温度对侧耳不同品种产量影响的研究*

摘    要: 通过对3个不同的侧耳品种,利用稻草进行生料栽培法,在湛江进行全年栽培试验,研究不同温度(月份)对不同侧耳品种产量的影响。结果经分析表明,月积温、月最高温度、月最低温度与肺形侧耳的产量均呈正相关性,相关系数分别为0.996 9,0.958 6,0.939 1。月积温、月最高温度、月最低温度与酷暑1号和假姬菇10号直线相关关系不明显。在本试验地区,假姬菇10号为典型的低温型品种,其适宜温度为5.5~29.0 ℃,最适温度为9.9~26.4 ℃,生物学效率达95%以上。肺形侧耳为高温型品种,其适宜温度为21.5~34.9 ℃,最适温度为23.6~34.3 ℃,生物学效率达61%以上。酷暑1号为中温型品种,其适宜温度为5.5~32.0 ℃,最适温度为12.5~32.2 ℃,生物学效率达65%以上。1~2月份及12月份,3个品种之中,假姬菇10号为最佳品种;6~9月份,肺形侧耳为最佳品种;酷暑1号适应性较广,可8个月份的适宜栽培期。

A Study on the Relativity Between Yield of Different Strains of Pleurotus and Temperature

Abstract:It was studied on the relativity between yield of different strains of Pleurotus and temperature through cultured in unsterilized rice straw through whole year in Zhenjiang. The results showed that the relativity was positive by the temperature summation of month, the highest temperature, the lowest temperature to the yield of P.pulmonarius with their coefficient values being 0.996 9,0.958 6,0.939 1 respectively. At the same time it was not obvious to P. JiaJiGu No.10 and P.ostreatus No.1. P.sapidus No.10 was typically psychrophilic strain with suitable temperature 5.5~29.0 ℃ and optima 9.9~26.4 ℃. Its biological efficiency was over 95%. P. pulmonarius was thermophilic strain with suitable temperature 21.5~34.9 ℃ and optima 23.6~34.3 ℃. Its biological efficiency was over 61%. P.ostreatus No.1. was mesophilic strain with suitable temperature 5.5~32.0 ℃ and optima 12.5~32.2 ℃. Its biological efficiency was over 61%. January, February and December were available for P.sapidus No.10 to be cultured. June to September were available for P.pulmonarius to be cultured. There were eight months for P.ostreatus No.1.to be cultured availability.
