摘    要:采用田间酸雨喷淋系统在南京中山植物园研究了模拟酸雨对11种农作物的叶片可见伤害和叶绿素含量、光合作用、细胞膜透性、气孔阻抗、蒸腾强度的影响。试验结果表明,作物叶片可见伤害对酸雨的敏感性,除遗传特性、作物的生长阶段和试验的环境条件有一定的影响外,主要取决于酸雨的pH值。作物叶片可见伤害的阈值为pH<3.5;pH4.2的酸雨对敏感作物的生理活动产生明显的影响。因此,生理活动较叶片可见伤害对酸雨更敏感。采用“相对指标值”评价酸雨对作物生理特性的影响是可行的。

Abstract:The field acid rain spray system was adopted to study the effects of simulant acid rain on leaf injury and chlorophyll content, photosynthesis, permeability of cell membrane, stomatic impedance, and transpiration intensity of 11 crops. The result should that the leaf injury of crops mainly depended on pH value of acid rain besides the effects of genetic characteristic, growing period, and environmental conditions. The threshold of leaf injury of experimental crops was pH<3.5. pH4.2 acid rain caused significant adverse effects on the physiological characteristics of sensitive crops. Therefore, the physiological characteristics were more sensitive than the leaf injury. It is feasible for assess the effects of acid rain on physiological characteristics by adopting relative index value" .
