穗茎注射平阳霉素对小麦诱变效果的研究

摘    要:本试验以龙辐麦3 号为试材,研究了小麦开花期将不同浓度的平阳霉素通过穗茎注入小麦体内的诱变效果。结果表明,处理后的龙辐麦3 号在株高、穗长、小穗数、主穗粒数、千粒重等方面发生变异,试验浓度范围内随浓度的增加M1 代生理损伤加大,在M2 代100μg/ ml 浓度的平阳霉素处理的突变频率较大,各性状的变异系数明显高于对照。

Abstract:In this experment, the mutational effect on wheat florescence by different concentrations of pingyangmycin injected into peduncle of Longfu 3 wheat was studied. The results showed that variation in plant height, spike length, number of spikelet, grain number of main spike and 1000 kernal weight occured in treated longfu 3 wheat. Physiological damage was enlarged with the increase of pingyangmycin concentration in M 1 generation. When the wheat was treated with 100μg/ml of pingyangmycin in M 2 generation the mutation coefficents of the characters studied were obviously heigher than those the of control.
