| 摘 要： | 团队授课模式是在教学团队的基础上发展起来的教学新模式,在研究生教学中应用较为普遍,但目前在本科教学中较为少见。西北农林科技大学在其创新实验学院广泛开展教学改革,加强教学团队建设,重点展开了团队授课模式在农科大学物理教学中的应用,核心内容包含了教学团队的建设、教学过程的组织实施、教学研究的统筹安排与交流等。

| Abstract: | Team teaching is a new teaching mode developed on the basis of teaching teams and is applied mainly to the postgraduate programs and seldom to the undergraduate programs.Recent years witnessed the extensive adoptions of team teaching in the innovative experimental college of NWAFU.Among them,the team teaching for agricultural college physics was awarded a Provincial Team Teaching Title by the Shaanxi Provincial Government for its achievement in team construction,teaching execution and management and teaching research. |
