| 摘 要： | 将20头35日龄健康杜洛克仔猪随机分为试验组和对照组,每组10头。试验组仔猪每隔15 d肌肉注射畜禽用多种微量元素注射液0.8 mL,对照组注射生理盐水0.8 mL,共注射4次。前腔静脉采血,测定血液中的红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞的数量和血红蛋白的含量以及血清中过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,仔猪注射多种微量元素注射液后,可显著使其红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞的数量及血红蛋白的含量升高(P0.05);可使仔猪血清中SOD的活性著升高(P0.05),使MDA的含量显著降低(P0.05),而使GSH-Px的活性极显著升高(P0.01)。说明畜禽用多种微量元素注射液可提高仔猪的造血机能和抗氧化作用。
