五味子内生拮抗细菌的筛选与鉴定

摘    要:从健康五味子植株根内共获得322株内生细菌,通过平板扩散对峙试验,结果表明,28个菌株对五味子茎基腐病菌具有拮抗性,占菌株总数的8.7%;22个菌株对人参锈腐病菌具有拮抗性,占菌株总数的6.8%;24个菌株对穿山龙黑斑病菌具有拮抗性,占菌株总数的7.5%。以上拮抗细菌中,有3种抑菌效果明显,抑菌圈半径达到10 mm以上,其编号分别为Wr082、Wr096、Wr153。对这3株拮抗菌进一步进行了形态和培养特性观察及16S rDNA序列测定,将菌Wr082鉴定为类黄假单胞菌(Pseudomonas synxantha),菌株Wr153鉴定为蒙氏假单胞菌(P. monteilii),菌株Wr096鉴定为葛氏沙雷氏菌(Serratia grimesii)。

Abstract:Three hundred and twenty two endophytic bacteria isolates were separated from the roots of Schisandra chinensis. 28, 22 and 24 isolates showed antagonistic activity against Fusarium oxysporum, Cylindrocarpon destructans and Alternaria dioscoreae in dual cultural tests. Among the antagonistic bacteria, 3 bacteria Wr082, Wr096 and Wr153 showed strong antagonistic activity, and the radius of suppression was over 10mm. According to the characteristics of morphological, physiological and biochemical tests and analysis of the 16S rDNA sequences, Wr082, Wr153 and Wr096 were identified as Pseudomonas synxantha, P. monteilii, and Serratia grimesii, respectively.
