摘    要:以绿苦瓜自交系P1做母本,野生苦瓜P2做父本配制出F1代,然后进行自交和回交获得R2,B1,B2世代.通过田间试验,对叶长、茎粗和节间长的基因效应进行了研究.结果表明:茎粗和节间长两个性状符合加性一显性遗传模型,而叶长不符合加性.显性遗传模型.叶长的加性效应比显性效应重要,节间长的加性效应也高于显性效应,茎粗的加性效应和显性效应同样重要,三者的狭义遗传率分别为0.1694,0.6418和0.3679.

Abstract:Green bitter gourd self-breeding line (P1) was used as a female parent and wild bitter gourd (P2) was used as a male parent,the F1 generation was made.Then F2,B1,B2 were all obtained by self-breeding and backcross.Leaf length,stem width and node length were investigated for genetic effects.The results showed that genetics of stem width and node length are appropriate to additive-dominant model while leaf length is not.The additive effects of leaf length were more important than the dominant effects and the additive effects of node length were also higher than the dominant effects.In regard to stem width,both additive and dominant effects are important.Heritabilities in the narrow sense of leaf length,stem width and node length are 0.169 4,0.641 8 and 0.367 9 respectively.
