摘    要:目的]研究黄芪多糖最佳提取工艺,及其对小叶杨幼苗叶绿素含量的影响.方法]运用水煎法提取黄芪多糖,采用固液比、提取溶剂、提取温度和提取时间4个试验条件,进行单因素试验,并利用正交试验设计对提取工艺进行优化,所得黄芪多糖处理小叶杨幼苗,探究黄芪多糖对其叶绿素含量的影响.结果]单因素试验最终获得最佳提取工艺为以5%醇碱为提取溶剂,固液比为1∶15,提取温度为60℃,提取1.5h.正交试验得出优化提取工艺为以5%醇碱为提取溶剂,固液比为1∶10,提取温度为60℃,提取1.0h.10 mg/ml的黄芪多糖能够显著提高小叶杨叶绿素a和总叶绿素的含量,而0.1 mg/ml黄芪多糖能够显著提高小叶杨叶绿素b的含量.结论]黄芪多糖能够提高植物叶绿素含量,进而促进植物的生长发育.

Abstract:Objective] The best extraction process of Astragalus polysaccharide and its impact on chlorophyll content of popalus simonii seedlings were studied.Method] Using boiling method to extract Astragalus polysaccharide by single factor experiments under solid-liquid ratio,solvent extraction,extraction temperature and extraction time in four experimental conditions single factor experiments.By orthogonal experimental design to optimize the extraction process.Astragalus polysaccharide processing Populus simonii saplings,which investigate the effects of astragalus polysaccharides on chlorophyll content of Populus simonii.Result] Ultimately get the best extraction process as follows:5% alcohol solution of an alkali as extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 15,extraction temperature is 60 ℃,extraction 1.5 h.To optimize the extraction process was obtained with 5% alcohol solution of an alkali as extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10,extraction temperature is 60 ℃,extraction 1 h.The results show that APS 10 mg/ml can significantly increase the content of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll,and 0.1 mg/ml Astragalus polysaccharides can significantly improve simonies' chlorophyll b content.Conclusion] Astragalus polysaccharides can improve plant chlorophyll content,thus contributing to the growth and development of plants.
