华北落叶松人工林林缘土壤酶活性研究

摘    要:[目的]研究不同密度及林缘不同距离下华北落叶松林分边缘土壤酶活性.[方法]对河北围场县八英庄林场6种密度华北落叶松人工林进行标准地抽样调查,分析不同密度及林分边缘不同距离的土壤酶活性.[结果]不同密度华北落叶松人工林林缘处土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性均存在显著差异;从距林分边缘0~30 m处,土壤中蔗糖酶活性表现出明显的降低趋势,其他土壤活性酶与距林分边缘距离不存在显著性差异.[结论]林缘土壤中蔗糖酶活性最能反映华北落叶松人工林林缘效应,该研究可为华北落叶松林的合理经营提供参考.

Research on Soil Enzyme Activities of Larix principis-rupprechtii Forest Edge

Abstract:[Objective] The soil enzyme activities under Larix principic-rupprechtii forest of different density and distance from the forest edge were studied.[Method] The soil enzyme activities under Larix principic-rupprechtii forest of different density and different distance from the stand edge were studied with the method of standard sample survey.[Result] The soil invertase,urease,acid phosphatase,catalase in different densities at the edge of forest were significantly different.The soil invertase has showed obvious decreasing trend in 0-30 m forest edge.[Conclusion] The most obvious factor can reflect the edge effect was the invertase activity.This research can provide reference for reasonable management of Larix principic-rupprechtii forest.
