| 摘 要： | 使用醛化人“O”型红细胞和白瓷板进行血凝(HA)和血凝抑制(HI)试验诊断兔瘟,1～2分钟即可判定结果,反应时间比常规法缩短60倍。具有快速定性、定量检测的特点。同时该法特异、快速、简易、经济,是一种易于在基层推广应用的新方法。

| Abstract: | Studies on diagnosis of rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease(defined temporari-ly)were conducted through the test of hemagglutination(HA)and hemagglu-tinationinhibition(HI)by using formalized human O red blood cells and wh- ite porcelain plate.With the method of this study,the positive results Could bejudged only in 1-2 min.,and the time for reacting of the method was 60 times less than that of ordinary method.The method was not only used for rapidqualitative test but also for quantitative test in the study.The results indicatedthat the method is possessed of the advantages of peculiar reaction,rapidity,s-implicity and economy.It is a new method which will be easily popularizedand applied in the grass roots units in the country. |
