| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络的发展，网络工程的基础性、全局性作用日益增强。构建安全、可靠、高效的网络已成为我国在新的历史条件下的必然选择，网络工程专业人才也成为信息社会的急需人才。本文论述了网络工程的现状与人才需求，并详细论述了培养网络工程人才的策略和层次问题，对培养合格的网络工程人才具有一定的指导意义。
