| 摘 要： | 采用水培试验的方法,探讨了不同营养元素对剑麻生长发育和内源激素的影响。研究结果表明,在所测定的4种内源激素中,GA3、IAA、ABA和ZT含量在剑麻幼苗生长发育过程中变化较大,GA3平均占4种内源激素总量的50%左右;Ca营养有利于剑麻叶片GA3的生成,从而促进剑麻生长。 |

| Abstract: | Pot experiment was used to evaluate the effects of different fertilizer on growth and endogenous hormones of sisal hemp.The result showed that the contents of four endogenous hormones(GA3 IAA,ABA and ZT) had big changes,the average content of GA3 accounted for 50% of the total endogenous hormones.Ca fertilizer improved the growth of sisal hemp. |
