薏苡丙酮酸脱羧酶1(PDC1)基因片段cDNA克隆与分析

摘    要:参考水稻、玉米的PDC1蛋白保守序列以及甘蔗的PDC基因片段,设计1对简并引物,从薏苡中克隆了PDC基因片段.经测序和在NCBI数据库进行序列相似性搜索,结果表明,该序列与甘蔗PDC基因同源性为96%,与玉米PDC3和水稻PDC2同源性分别为94%和90%,推测该序列为薏苡PDC1基因片段.

Abstract:A pair of degenerate primers were designed to amplify the PDC1 gene fragment from Coix lacrymajobi by referencing the conservative sequence of the PDC1 protein from Oryza sativa,Zea mays and the DNA fragment of PDC in Sarrcharym officinarum.The homology search was made in the NCBI database after the fragment had been sequenced.The results showed that the sequence had a homologous of 96% to that of Sarrcharym officinarum,it also had a homologous of 94% to the PDC3 in Z.mays and a homologous of 90% to the PDC...
