甜橙皮类胡萝卜素提取研究

摘    要:用有机溶剂浸提甜橙外果皮(黄皮层)粉中的类胡萝卜素。结果表明,单一溶剂以丙酮效果最好,混合溶剂以石油醚加丙酮或石油醚加乙醇为佳,浸提次数和时间对类胡萝卜素得率无显著影响。较优良的浸提条件为石油醚,丙酮(或乙醇):黄皮层粉为10:1,在室温下浸提60min。

Abstract:Several organic solvents were used to extract carotenoids in sweet orange (Citrus sinensis Osbeck) peel. The flavedo layer was removed, dried and ground , and used as the experiment material. Beta-carotene was adopted as an index for carotenoid content. Acetone turned out to be the best solvent in this study. When two or more solvents were employed ,petroteum ether with acetone or ethanol gave the most satisfactory results . The numebr of extractions and their duration had no significant influence on the recovery of carotenoids. Best extracting effect was obtained when the flavedo powder was extracted with petroleum ether in combination with ethanol or ecetone at the ratio of 10 : 1 for 60 min. at room temperature.
