不同浓度2,4-D对罗布麻茎尖诱导成活率的影响

摘    要:
采用MS基本培养基,分别添加不同浓度的2,4-D、6-BAI、BA,筛选适合罗布麻组织培养的最佳培养基。结果表明:最适合罗布麻诱导分化的培养基为C(MS+2,4-D 0.9 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+琼脂8 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L)、D(MS+2,4-D 1.1 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+琼脂8 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L)。

Abstract:
Adopting MS basic medium with different concentrations of 2,4-D,6-BA,IBA separately,to sift the best medium for induction of Apocynum.The results showed that the C(MS+2,4-D 0.9 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+agar 8 g/L+sugar 30 g/L) and D(MS+2,4-D 1.1 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+agar 8 g/L+sugar 30 g/L) were the best medium for survival of induction.
