| 摘 要： | 对 1株次级代谢产物为 艹北 醌类衍生物 (Perylenequinonesderiveration ,PQD)真菌的rRNA基因内转录间隔区(Intertranscribedspacer,ITS)进行了克隆测序。在GeneBank中经Blast序列比对 ,与竹黄属竹黄 (Shiraiabambusi colaP .Henn)的ITS序列相似度达到 92 % ,表明该菌株与竹黄属的亲缘关系较近。 |

| Abstract: | The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region in rRNA gene of a fungus producing perylenequinones deriveration are cloned and sequenced. The seqence is blast with the ITS database of Genebank, only Shiraiella bambusicolla P.Henn has 92% similarity to it. The result indicates the fungius has a near relationship with Shiraiella bambusicolla. |
