| 摘 要： | 对温度和干出两个重要环境因子影响条斑紫菜单孢子的放散情况进行了对比实验。结果表明，单孢子放散的适宜温度是１０－１５℃，干出并不能促进单孢子的放散。生产中采用壳孢子苗网复制单孢子网，应在秋冬季节海水温度降至１０℃之前进行。
