摘    要:E3泛素连接酶是一个种类繁多的蛋白大家族,在泛素—蛋白酶体途径中决定底物蛋白特异性。植物中已发现的E3主要分为单亚基类型如HECT型、Ring型、U-box型和多亚基类型如SCF复合体两大类,它们在植物生长发育及响应逆境胁迫等过程中起着重要的作用。综述了水稻中不同种类的E3泛素连接酶主要介导的生物学功能及其机制,并对进一步研究做了展望。

Abstract:The ubiquitin ligase E3 is a protein family including many types, and it decides the specificity of protein sub- strate in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. The E3s found in plants are mainly divided into single-subunit type, such as HECT type, Ring type and U-box type, and multi-subunit type, such as SCF complex. These E3s play an important role not only in the process of plant growth and development but also in response to various stresses. In this paper, the reg-ulation of biological functions by ubiquitin ligase E3 in rice was reviewed, and the further study was prospected.
