| 摘 要： | 为提高淡紫拟青霉(Paecilomyces lilacinus)在土壤中的定殖率及对根结线虫病害的防治效果,在淡紫拟青霉制剂中添加了乳酸.室内试验表明,乳酸能增强淡紫拟青霉发酵液的杀根结线虫效果,培养基中加乳酸增加了淡紫拟青霉对根结线虫卵孵化的抑制效果,并且随着乳酸浓度的增加,杀虫、抑制孵化效果呈上升趋势;乳酸可以增加...

| Abstract: | In order to enhance the colonization rate in the soil and the control effect on the root-knot nematode of Paecilomyces lilacinus,lactic acid was added into the Paecilomyces lilacinus preparation.The laboratory experiment indicated that lactic acid could enhance the larva-killed and egg-inhabited effects of Paecilomyces lilacinus on root-knot nematode.The effects increased with the increase of lactic acid concentration.Lactic acid could increase the colonization rate of Paecilomyces lilacinus.The pot experim... |
