国产190A型柴油机系统可靠性寿命试验研究

应用可维修系统随机故障过程模型理论，对国产190A型柴油机进行了可靠性寿命试验。提出并论证了柴油机系统可靠性寿命分布规律，建立了柴油机系统在早期故障期、偶然故障期、耗损故障期的寿命模型。提出了柴油机可维修系统在整个寿命期内其故障曲线为典型的溶盆曲线，同时给出了上述3个典型故障寿命阶段的可靠性指标。

Study of Reliability Life Test on 190A Diesel Engine System

In this paper, reliability life test of 190A diesel engine was carried out using the theory of random failure process model of repairable system. The reliability life distribution regular of the diesel engine system was obtained and its life models were built up in early failure period, fortuitous failure period and wear failure period. The result of study shows that in the early failure period and the wear failure period, the failure processes of the diesel engine are Weibull distributions of m <1 and m >1 respectively. In the fortuitous failure period, the failure process is an exponential distribution. It indicates that the failure curve of the diesel engine repairable system in all the life is a typical bathtub curve. In the same time, the reliability indexes of above three life periods were also given.
