| 摘 要： | 以5个胡萝卜雄性不育系为母本,6个胡萝卜品种或自交系为父本配制30个杂交组合,杂种一代调查结果表明:单根重具有明显的杂种优势,绝大多数组合表现超亲中值或超高亲现象。通过对单根重、根长、根粗、根色、根髓比和可溶性固形物的配合力分析,认为组合A2×B5在育种上最具应用价值。

Study on Heterosis of Single Root Weight and Combining Ability of Main Economic Characteristics in Carrot |

| Abstract: | Five male -sterile lines and six varieties or self -cross lines of carrots were used for making thirty hybrid combinations.F 1 -hybrids showed strong heterosis in single root weight.Plants in most combinations in this study had larger single root weight than pare nts average or higher par-ent.The combination A 2×B5was suggested to be the most valuable in future breeding bases on analysis of combination abilities i n weight ,color,length,and width of single root,ratio(width)of pith and root,and content of soluble solid matter. |
