| Abstract: | Measures for improving the quality of scientific literature novelty assessment were put forward, including establishment of standard inspection system of scientific literature novelty assessment, realization of scientific literature novelty assessment report resource share, intensification of scientific literature novelty assessment propaganda, and improvement of the strength and literacy of staff engaged in scientific literature novelty assessment according to the problems in scientific literature novelty assessment. |
