| 摘 要： | 目的探讨类风湿性关节炎（RA）患者关节液中IL-17的含量与关节炎症损伤的相关性,为研究RA的关节损伤机制提供科学依据.方法应用ELISA方法定量检测RA组40例和对照组40例关节液中IL-17的含量,应用t检验比较两组差异性.结果 RA组关节液中IL-17的含量显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论 RA组关节液中具有较高的IL-17检测值,证实IL-17是RA患者关节滑膜损伤的重要因素之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between the content of IL-17 in synovial fluid in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA） and the joint lesions,to provide the scientific basis for the research on mechanisms of joint lesions of RA. Methods The content of IL-17 in synovial fluid was quantitatively detected in 40 cases of RA group and 40 cases of control group by ELISA. t test was used to compare the differences between two groups. Result The content of IL-17 in synovial fluid of RA groups was significantly higher than that of the control groups（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion IL-17 in synovial fluid of RA group showed a higher detected value,indicating that it is one of important factors for the synovial lesions of joint in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. |
