摘    要:研究一类含时滞的离散SIS传染病模型,得到了模型的基本再生数.通过比较原理和迭代的方法研究了模型的解的持久性;通过构造适当的Lyapunov函数,证明了当基本再生数〈1时,无病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的;当基本再生数〉1时,地方病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的.

Abstract:A discrete SIS epidemic model with time delay is investigated,the basic reproduction number of the model is derived. By comparing principle and iteration,the permanence of solution to the model is studied. By means of constructing appropriate Lyapunov functions,it is proved that if the basic reproduction number is less than unity,the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable;if the basic reproduction number is more than unity,the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable.
